My athlete was photographed. Why don’t I see images yet?
Please allow 7–10 business days. If that time has passed, contact us with your organization name, sport, and athlete name via our contact form.
Can I request a buddy photo after Picture Day?
Buddy photos must be requested on Picture Day and are taken only if time allows.
Is there a make-up day?
No. Missed athletes who would like to be photographed must schedule a studio session for a booking fee.

In-studio Sport Session for those who missed getting photographed on their sport's picture day. We will take individual pictures and additional poses to insert you into the team picture if available*. This appointment is at our Roseville Studio. Booking fee is $25.
*Being photographed for this session does not guarantee that you will appear in your team photo if photographed more than 3 days after the initial picture day.
- Once your session is completed, you will receive a $20 certificate towards your order that is good for 30 days from your photography date.
