Print Orders
Print orders typically arrive within 2–3 weeks from the date of purchase or picture day.
If it has been longer than 3 weeks since placing your order, please contact us and include your mailing address so we can confirm it was shipped to the correct location and check the status of your order.
Digital Orders
Digital downloads are often delivered within 5 minutes of purchase.
If you have not received your email with the download link within one hour (or by the end of the business day, whichever is longer), please reply directly to your receipt email. We will gladly resend the link or provide access in our response.
If you did not receive a receipt email, call, or text confirmation, please include the following information when contacting us:
Order number (if available)
Event name
Subject’s name
Purchaser’s name
We will locate your order as quickly as possible.
