The fastest way to see your student’s photos is by viewing the student ID card that was provided on picture day, if your school uses physical cards.
We work hard to post images online as quickly as possible; however, processing does take time. Please allow 10–14 business days from the date of photography to receive a text and/or email notification when your student’s gallery is available.
If you do not receive a notification, you may:
Use the generic gallery access link (if provided by your school) and use the School issued Student ID number for the online code, or
Email us at services@billsmithphoto.com with the school name, student’s full name, and grade and we will provide you with the online access code and/or direct link.
You can also submit a Contact Form request for the information too. Please include school name, student’s full name, and grade as well in your message.
