All galleries are private and password-protected for student and athlete privacy.
There are three primary ways to access your gallery. If you need assistance please do not hesitate to contact us.
Accessing Your Gallery Online:
1. The Direct Link (Recommended):
The easiest method is using the direct link sent via:
Email
SMS notification
This link connects you directly to your student/athlete’s private gallery.
When prompted:
Enter your personal email address
Your email is not locked to the gallery. It simply allows your cart to sync properly.
2. The Student's Online Code:
Using a generic event link from a school link or found on our website. You will still enter an email address with the online code.
In most cases, the Online Code is:
The Student ID number
However, this is not true for all events. If the Student ID does not work, please contact us and we will provide the correct access code or direct link.
3. Access Through Our Website:
You may also:
Visit our website
Search for your school or organization
Locate the Event you are wanting
Click View Gallery
Enter the Online Code and your email
If you experience difficulty accessing a gallery, please contact us and include:
School/Organization Name
Event Type (Fall School, Spring School, Senior, etc.)
Student/Athlete Name
We will assist promptly.
