To ensure each student is properly identified for yearbook and school records, each student must have their own completed pre-order envelope on picture day.
Paper Pre-Order Envelopes
Every student should turn in their own pre-order envelope, even if multiple siblings attend the same school.
If you would like to submit one combined payment for more than one student, you may do so. Please place the payment in one student’s envelope and clearly note on the other student’s envelope which sibling’s envelope contains the payment. This helps us correctly match payments during processing and avoid delays.
Image and background are set to the Yearbook Image and Background for all pre-orders. If you are interested in selecting your image and/or background for your order you can in the online gallery once the images are online to view and order.
Pre-Order packages are only available via paper order form. These packages are not available for online ordering.
What If My Student Forgets Their Envelope?
If your student forgets to bring their envelope on picture day, you may:
Submit the completed envelope to the school office within 3 school days of picture day, or
Mail the order to our studio as soon as possible at 111 Vernon Street, Roseville, CA 95678
If mailing payment, we strongly recommend check or money order. Cash is not recommended for mailing, as we cannot be responsible for lost/stolen cash sent through the mail.
Please make sure the envelope is completely filled out and includes:
Student’s full name
School name
Teacher (if applicable)
Shipping address for order
Payment enclosed in pocket
Submitting orders promptly helps ensure they are included with the main school processing and prevents delays.
