1. Consultation (Required)

All restoration projects begin with an in-studio consultation.

During this appointment we will:

• Review the original image

• Discuss your goals and expectations

• Evaluate condition and scope of work

• Confirm scanning needs

• Provide a detailed quote

Due to the unique condition of each image, consultations must be completed in person.

2. Payment

Restoration services and any print products are paid for at the time services are approved.

If prints or digital files are desired, those selections are made during the consultation process.

3. Completion Timeline

Restoration projects may take up to 6 weeks, depending on:

• Image condition

• Complexity of damage

• Requested enhancements

• Current production volume

We will provide an estimated timeline during your consultation.

Additional Notes

• We digitally restore images; original prints remain unchanged.

• Originals are handled carefully during scanning.
