Do you sell a digital of the team/group picture?

Unfortunately we do not currently offer digital copies of team/group pictures for purchase. Group photos are available to order in the form of prints or within a memory mate/plaque. Please do not hesitate to reach out for any questions or assistance, we're happy to help.

My athlete was photographed. How do I view & order?

After picture day it can take at least 10 days for the images to be posted online. Once this is done, you will automatically receive a notification to the contact information on file. If you did not receive an email or SMS, please contact us and we would be happy to assist you. Please email us with the Organization Name, sport, and athlete's name so that we can share the private gallery link with you at services@billsmithphoto.com or call us at 916-749-1026.

How to enter the text for a product

Text is only available for certain products (for example, the mug). Once the images are posted and you are ready to complete a reorder or initial order, text will be indicated on the product by a placeholder name like "first name." To edit the text: - Select the image that you would like for your product and click "Save and Continue" - You will then see the "Add Text" section on the right of your screen. The product will automatically insert information we have on file provided by your school....

How do I crop my Individual/Buddy picture?

We are happy to introduce cropping. Once the images are posted and you are ready to complete a reorder or initial order, - Select your product (for example, an 8x10). - Click on the image you would like for that product. - Click the "Adjust Photo" button located underneath your image preview. - The Image Editor will pop up - Click and drag the slider to reduce/enlarge your cropping box. - You can click and drag your cropping box around. - Once you have your desired crop, click "Looks Good". -...
